We're seeking a Welding Engineer who thrives in high-performance environments — from automotive and aerospace to advanced steel and metals fabrication . What You’ll Be Doing Develop and optimize welding processes (MIG, TIG, resistance, etc.) for high-strength steels and exotic alloys. Support and improve production welding operations to ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, and ISO standards . Work cross-functionally with design, quality, and production teams to ensure weld integrity and manufacturability. Specify welding materials, procedures, and equipment for new and existing projects. Investigate weld failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Train welders and production staff on welding best practices and safety protocols. What You Bring B.S. in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering , or related field. 3–7 years of welding experience in automotive, aerospace , or heavy metals manufacturing . In-depth knowledge of steel alloys, aluminum, and advanced metals . Strong understanding of robotic welding systems and welding automation is a plus.
