Position Overview:

The Video Production Specialist will lead the planning, shooting, and editing of video content that brings Radians safety products and training to life — from product demos and how-to videos to live webinars and corporate messaging. This role requires a balance of creative execution and organizational strength, ensuring that each project moves smoothly from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage video projects from pre-production through delivery, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align video content with marketing objectives.
  • Film on set, in-studio, and on location, including setup and takedown of cameras, microphones, lighting, and props.
  • Capture and edit compelling B-roll footage to enhance storytelling.
  • Edit video content, adding graphics, animations, and supporting visuals as needed.
  • Support live webinar production, including technical setup and coordination.
  • Maintain organized project files, shot lists, production schedules, and studio workspace.
  • Contribute to set preparation and studio maintenance.
  • Studio photography skills is a plus.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years’ experience in video production and editing
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with professional video equipment (cameras, audio, and lighting).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative eye for framing, storytelling, visual details, typography, and presentation of visual graphics
  • Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
