Job Title: User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Location: 100% Remote role (Chicago, IL)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Rate: $38/hr. on C2C

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in at least two operational areas at a Hyatt Hotel (Guest Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, Revenue)
• Opera PMS experience (front-end and configuration)
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and execute structured approaches to problem-solving
• Highly organized to meet timelines and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with hotel application usage and strategic thinking to understand business impact
• Experience with systems such as Opera PMS, Reserve CRS, PRIO, POS, and/or Guest Service Systems
• Minimum 2 years of UAT testing

Nice to Haves:

• Associate degree or comparable work experience
• Experience with JIRA
• Familiarity with HotSOS, Colleague Advantage, and Digital Check-In

Day to Day:

• Test Oracle Opera Cloud PMS and Hyatt's Colleague Advantage system
• Collaborate closely with the Global PMS Team under the direction of the PMS Strategy & UAT Manager
• Acquire technical understanding of systems and platforms
• Thoroughly test solutions using relevant approaches and tools
• Document, escalate, and prioritize findings/issues during testing
• Create certification sign-off packets and obtain approvals for deployment
• Prepare operational and technical release documentation and communication
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and collaboratively, adapting to new technologies
