You’ll work closely with development, business, and support teams to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of automation workflows. Must‑Have Skills 6+ years of hands‑on experience in UiPath RPA development and support Deep understanding of UiPath Orchestrator , Studio , and Robot components Proven experience in incident management and root cause analysis in production environments UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory) Hands‑on with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps Familiarity with ServiceNow , JIRA , or similar ITSM tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath Provide Level 2 production support for RPA bots and workflows Analyze business challenges and propose automation enhancements Perform root cause analysis and process improvement recommendations Monitor and troubleshoot UiPath Orchestrator , robots , and queues Coordinate with L1/L3 teams to ensure smooth incident resolution Manage change management and deployment activities (validation, smoke testing) Document known issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing Support UiPath upgrades, patches, and migrations in UAT and production Conduct regular health checks for bots, orchestrator jobs, and environments Interested?
