Job Description & RequirementsMust Have Skills/Experience:\nCurrent unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing\nCPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact\nMust be at least 21 years of age\nMay be required to work flexible hours and overtime\n\nPreferred Skillset/Experience:\nPrevious experience in a psychiatric health care facility\nExperience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred\nExperience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities\n\nFloat Requirements: Yes, may work on 4 different units\nWeekend Hours: Rotating\nWeekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
