Job Qualifications - What We're Looking For Must have a minimum of two (5) years manual welding experience including TIG, MIG, Welding Must be able to follow diagrams and other specific requirements to exceed customer expectations. Must have a work history that demonstrates the ability to keep a job for multiple years with consistent attendance and punctuality. Must be able to focus on: Making the team successful in meeting all productivity and quality goals. Following all established company safety and facility rules, as well as OSHA requirements.
