Lake Air Products Offers A Competitive Wage Full Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, and 401K) Paid Time Off/ Holiday Pay Safety Glasses/Steel Toe Shoe reimbursement Responsibilities Train new welders at our MN plants (Coon Rapids, New Hope, Roseville, and Vadnais Heights) Welding Audits to PQR (all MN plants) Welding machine calibration (all MN plants) - annually w/ sub-contract New Part welding plan - working with the Engineering team Observes tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance to evaluate weld quality and conformance to specifications. (Class A & B) Back-up and complete production welding duties on the fabrication floor, when the demand exists Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Certified Welding Instructor certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in TIG, MIG welding Experience with Laser and Robotic Welder preferred Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission Please note that if this position is located in our Roseville, MN facility, it may be subject to export control regulation.
