Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Aspen Fiber Networks, a leading information technology solutions provider, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' networking needs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of their network systems. As a Network Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to diagnose and resolve network issues, provide training on network systems, and assist in the implementation of network solutions. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional support and maintaining client satisfaction.
