In the past year alone, we’ve provided instant liquidity to tens of thousands of fans with over $50m in tickets to live events. Over the past three years, we've more than doubled in size each year. Now, we’re looking for an Senior Trade — the right-hand partner to our Head of Offers — who will manage junior analysts, own part of our portfolio, and help set strategy for the team.

This role isn’t your typical desk-bound analyst position. We operate in the fast-paced world of sports and entertainment ticketing, where data and decision-making power real-time buying and selling. If you’ve ever thought about how ticket prices shift moments after an injury report drops or a game time changes — that’s where we live.

The Opportunity

The Senior Trader will help drive investment strategy, manage a portion of our trading portfolio, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize internal tools and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and wants to take ownership of real-time, high-impact decision-making. This role also involves managing junior analysts and helping them develop and excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

Participate In Our Trading Leadership Team 

• Work with other department leaders optimizing our investment strategies, portfolio management and direct overall strategy for the trading team 
• Act as a strategic second in command to our Head of Offers 

Management

• Lead and coach a team of 2–4 traders, guiding them on portfolio management, decision-making frameworks, and career growth
• Monitor analyst offer portfolios, providing coaching and ensuring alignment with the company’s core strategies
• Manage analyst work load and ensure key tasks are completed on time

Portfolio Management

• Take direct ownership of a defined portion of our offers portfolio, making independent buy/sell decisions in real time while coordinating closely with the Head of Offers on larger strategy shifts.
• Make real-time strategy shifts in response to changing market conditions
• Monitor performance, analyze risk, and optimize for ROI

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to extract insights that influence trading decisions
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities through rigorous data analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, leadership, and the revenue team to refine internal tools and strategies
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in quantitative trading, arbitrage, or other fast-moving, data-driven markets (finance, crypto, sports betting, etc.)
• 2+ years of direct people management experience (not just project management).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis
• Experience in sports trading, arbitrage trading, e-commerce pricing, crypto, or other alternative asset classes is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and a high standard of work quality
• Willingness to work occasional weekends to support live operations
• Prior experience in our industry is not required — but you must be able to rapidly master niche markets, synthesize market signals, and translate them into action within our portfolio
