The RN in Interventional Radiology is responsible for all aspects of Radiology nursing; including assessment, evaluation, and coordination of nursing care.
The is a full-time, benefited position within Interventional Radiology.
Typical Schedule is Saturday and Sunday days, 36 hours weekly, 12-hour shift with a varying weekday 12-hour shift.

BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred at time of hire and required after hire
At least one year of RN work experience is required.

Responsible for all aspects of Radiology nursing; including assessment, evaluation, and coordination of nursing care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing patient assessment, patient and family teaching and triage. Provides primary clinical support to the provider and patient to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. Follows up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and filing in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity and care.
