Why We're Here
We believe genuine, human connection makes people’s lives better — especially the people who work here. Our culture was built on the idea that hospitality should feel personal, meaningful, and rooted in care. That belief started with our founder, Bill Kimpton, who challenged the cold, generic hotel experience and created spaces where people could truly connect.
That spirit still guides us today. Your work here matters. Every interaction has the power to create comfort, belonging, and positivity for coworkers, guests, our owners, and the communities we serve. We show up for one another, and we create an environment where people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
Every day, you have the opportunity to make someone’s life a little better — in your own authentic way. And you can expect the same in return. It all starts with you.
How We're Different
Our roots may be in San Francisco, but our culture has grown into something uniquely ours — energetic, warm, and full of personality. We embrace an entrepreneurial mindset: curiosity, initiative, and creativity aren’t just welcome, they’re encouraged.
We believe people do their best work when they can be themselves. Your individuality — your background, ideas, quirks, humor, strengths, and lived experiences — enriches our team and elevates what we offer. When you feel supported and free to be who you are, you shine.
That’s who we look for: people with a spark. People who take pride in caring for others, who lead themselves with integrity, and who find joy in creating moments that matter.
The result is a workplace that’s vibrant, collaborative, a little unconventional, and unmistakably human. Guests feel it from the moment they walk in the door — and you’ll feel it, too.
What You'll Do
The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing strategic and tactical revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability across all distribution channels—including GDS, CRS, brand.com/website, on-property reservations, and third-party partners. This role collaborates closely with the General Manager and Sales Team to provide data-driven insights, forecasting, and tools that enhance commercial strategy and inform decision-making.

Some of your responsibilities include:
Develop and manage pricing, inventory, and yield strategies across all distribution channels.
Monitor market demand, competitor trends, and performance data to optimize revenue and rate positioning.
Prepare accurate short- and long-term forecasts and lead weekly revenue meetings.
Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to the GM, Director of Sales, and leadership teams.
Partner with Sales to evaluate group business, displacement, and overall commercial strategy.
Oversee reservations operations, ensuring accurate rate loading, inventory controls, and strong conversion.
Maintain relationships with OTAs, travel partners, and vendors while ensuring channel accuracy and online performance.
What You Bring
Differences make a difference. We are committed to creating a culture that reflects the diversity of our hotel and restaurant guests. With that goal in mind, we encourage each of our employees to understand, accept, and celebrate differences among people. That includes different personalities, lifestyles, work styles, education, and experience. We also welcome and embrace people of all races, ethnicities, ages, religions, physical abilities, sexual orientation, gender identities and genders.
Be Yourself. Lead Yourself. Make it Count.
