Job Title: Onboarding Trainer | Employee Development & Engagement

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11214 (On-Site)

Salary: $65,000 per year

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Are you a natural teacher and facilitator passionate about setting people up for success? We are looking for a dynamic Onboarding Trainer to own the journey of our new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, prepared, and empowered from day one.

In this unique role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs that span across all departments. You won't just teach policies; you'll be the cultural ambassador who connects new employees to our mission, values, and to each other. What You'll Do:

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding program for all new employees.
• Create and deliver cross-functional training modules that provide a holistic view of the company.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Act as a mentor and primary point of contact for new hires during their initial onboarding period.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the program based on feedback.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment that reflects our company culture.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in training, facilitation, HR, or a related role.
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into digestible and engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse group of people.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cohorts and schedules.
• A passion for people development and a belief in the power of a great onboarding experience.
