At Northpointe Bank, we’re hiring a Loan Officer Assistant to support a high‑performing mortgage team in the Salt Lake City market. What You’ll Do: Support the loan process from application through closing Gather and verify borrower documentation Track underwriting conditions and maintain pipeline updates Communicate with borrowers, title companies, and internal partners Coordinate closings and maintain compliance documentation Assist with administrative and light marketing tasks What You Bring: 1–2+ years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; LOS experience helpful High school diploma required; degree preferred Why Northpointe?
