Reporting directly to the CEO, the Inpatient CFO will have oversight of revenue cycle, accounting, materials management, health information management, and patient access. The Inpatient CFO will oversee the financial health of the hospital’s core service areas, managing budgets, monitoring revenue streams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The department includes highly skilled finance professionals, materials management experts, HIM specialists, and patient access leaders who are passionate about their work and committed to excellence.
As Inpatient Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities will include leading all aspects of financial and revenue operations, developing strategic budgets, mentoring department leaders, and ensuring operational efficiency across purchasing, materials management, and revenue integrity. This role will also collaborate on long-term financial planning, capital project funding, and system-wide improvement initiatives all while fostering a culture of ethics, transparency, and teamwork.
