Position Summary We are seeking an inspiring and well-rounded corporate Health Coach in the Morton, Illinois area to join our mission of providing integrated, whole-person health solutions. Responsibilities As a Health & Wellness Coach , you will: Conduct one-on-one online and onsite health consultations, including nutrition and fitness guidance, to help clients achieve their individual goals. Lead engaging health related workshops. Perform health screenings and assessments for employees of registered organizations onsite. Foster positive relationships with participants to encourage ongoing engagement and continued attendance, while driving health promotion efforts to broaden awareness among non-participants Manage administrative tasks, such as note taking and monthly reporting. Job Type Job type: Freelance, part-time, with potential for growth Qualifications Education Bachelors or Masters (Preferred) in health promotion, or related health field required. Experience 3 years of equivalent experience in a corporate setting preferred Coaching Certification from nationally recognized coach training organization. Bonus Points: Current Nutrition / Personal Training Certification, Group Fitness Certification, Yoga or Pilates Certification Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition, and ability to support individuals with their wellness goals. Travel as needed to meet business objectives within reach of Central Illinois. Speaking experience; able to present group workshops Knowledge and experience in fitness screenings and assessments (preferred) Positive, uplifting personality Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English) Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics Mindful of our solution focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes. Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
