We are seeking a mid to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our commercial and civil litigation practice in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of civil litigation experience, prior federal judicial clerkship, and trial experience. Candidates must currently be licensed to practice in Colorado.

Responsibilities:

* Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
* Research and analyze legal issues
* Conduct discovery and depositions
* Advise clients on legal matters
* Negotiate settlements
* Represent clients in court & trial proceedings
* Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
