Je werkt samen met TISO’s en de Privacy Officer aan risicobeoordelingen, bewustwordingsprogramma’s, BIA’s en DPIA’s. Je coördineert audits (ENSIA, DigiD, Suwinet), adviseert over maatregelen bij nieuwe dreigingen, begeleidt projecten ter verbetering van beveiliging en treedt op bij incidenten en calamiteiten. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Opstellen, bijstellen en vernieuwen van informatieveiligheidsbeleid en plannen Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en BIA’s/DPIA’s Rapporteren over naleving en incidenten aan directie en college Coördineren ENSIA-audit en verantwoordingsprocessen Leiding geven aan beveiligingsprojecten Adviseren bij beveiligingsincidenten en calamiteiten Begeleiden van bewustwordingsprogramma’s Bijhouden wet- en regelgeving, dreigingen en trends Functie-eisen Afgeronde hbo-bachelor opleiding Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als CISO in de afgelopen 5 jaar Ervaring met BIA’s en DPIA’s binnen een overheidsorganisatie Pré’s Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie CISM, CISA, CISSP of CCISO certificering Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als CISO binnen een overheidsorganisatie Ervaring met risicomanagement Kennis en ervaring met BIO, NIS-2, ISO27001/2, NEN7510 en AVG Competenties Overtuigingskracht Communicatief sterk Analytisch vermogen Resultaatgericht Flexibel en standvastig Creatief en ondernemend vermogen Prioriteiten stellen en sturen Organisatiesensitief Gevoel voor humor #J-18808-Ljbffr Blnks
