Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr A fast-growing motorcycle parts and performance gear company, is seeking a bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and ensure the company’s accounting stays as precise as its racing performance. This role manages everything from invoicing and reconciliations to payroll and vendor relations. You will keep the books balanced while supporting a dynamic, high-energy team that lives and breathes motorcycles. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced small business environment. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and reconciliations Enter and process bulk and drop-ship invoices into QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly Process payroll and vendor payments Monitor and match all transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance Interface with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies in pricing or billing Manage return processing Support tax preparation by gathering and organizing all required year-end financial data Track and report on key financial trends to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement Handle occasional expense reimbursements and special projects for the business owner Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping experience QuickBooks Online proficiency Experience handling 600–1,000+ transactions per month Strong understanding of A/P, A/R, general ledger, and reconciliations Experience with inventory, shipping, or retail operations strongly preferred High attention to detail and ability to work independently with accuracy and urgency Comfort working in a small, close-knit team and adapting to changing priorities Professional integrity and accountability Experience with Avalara, Webgility, or Microsoft 365 a plus Knowledge of the motorcycle or motorsports industry a plus Benefits Competitive salary Discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance Generous paid vacation + paid holidays Employee discount on products Opportunity for career growth into Controller or CFO Casual, collaborative, and fun work culture If you are a driven, detail-oriented financial professional who loves being part of a small but mighty team this may be the right role for you!
