Representing 54 Main, you will greet guests, perform menu presentation to each table, suggest and serve food & beverages and take / place orders. Seeking professional and driven bartenders to join our growing and fun team. Seeking bartenders who have a positive attitude, are hard working and outgoing all while providing great service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a clean and properly stocked bar area
• Clean and restock condiments, supplies & polishing glassware, and other duties as requested.
• Ensuring delivery of apps, entrées and sides, removing plates and glasses, and presenting desserts.

• Prepare drinks in a timely manner according to the restaurant’s recipes

• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

• Helps Guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.

• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.

• Prepping the bar, to crafting specialty drinks, Restocking Liquors, Beers and Wines.

• Our bartenders are constantly creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Ability to make Proper Cocktails, Using Jiggers & Pour Count Techniques

• Consistency with Cocktail Making

• Beer Knowledge is a Plus as we have 30 Taps.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
• Considerable knowledge of the preparation and service of alcoholic beverages
• Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality
• Preferred to have open availability and flexible schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $5.00 /hour + Tips
